This 2.5 hour mini retreat is a great way to try a gentile beginner yoga class with Alexandra Lewis followed by a beginner mindful watercolor class with Nicole Christian. In between the two sessions we will have a tea break courtesy of Nomad Spice Co. and “That Plant Lady”
