‘‘Step away from the chaos in your mind and let True Self Shine.”

Our Classes

  • Align and flow a slow vinyasa-based practice in which poses are held for extended periods of time and broken down with great care. We work our way up from simpler, beginner-focused asanas and concepts to intermediate and complex applications, culminating in a peak pose. It's ideal for anyone who has trouble focusing their thoughts. Your mind simply can't wander as much because you'll be pulled back to your body over and over again. This class increases stamina and strength in the body and mind; it also allows students to explore and continually observe and adjust their bodies and thoughts to achieve their ideal alignment and enhance not only the effects of the pose but also their relationship with themselves.

This class was created to help you calm, align, and strengthen your body and mind. Empowering you to navigate your practice and life with awareness, compassion, and a clear intention so you can continue to grow and transform.

  • These classes encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice. Prepare for an energy packed vinyasa sequence that strengthens and opens your body, with fast-paced invigorating flows that build heat from within.

We’re not interested in blowing past our edge towards some arbitrary goal rather in working hard sensitively. Unraveling our truth: who we are, what we are capable of, and how our actions affect our lives. The difficulty is intended to test and captivate our attention. Yoga is about learning to pay attention. Transformation is driven by attention.

  • "Flexibility" in yoga refers to more than just the ability to move muscles and joints through their complete range of motion; it is an attitude that alters both the mind and the body. In this class, you will learn to compassionately observe your body, accept the feelings that arise, and let go of attachments to any outcomes.

Your strength is the key to great flexibility. The more physically and mentally strong you grow, the easier it will be to move and adapt, allowing you to move deeper into poses and be more resilient in the face of life's one constant change. We will combine strength, dynamic movement, and yin-style holds to further open your body, increasing your range of motion, awareness, and reducing tension throughout your body.

  • The beauty of this class is that it is both accessible and transformative. We concentrate on slow, steady movements and mindful breathing. It gives you the opportunity to move intuitively, feeling every movement and observing every thought without judgment. Practicing under these circumstances allows you to not only begin to truly "listen" to your body, but also to accept and appreciate yourself as you are. We are often upset by what we can’t do, but how often do we take the time to appreciate what we are capable of? I think it is past time to change that.

  • Yin yoga focuses on deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. By holding a yin posture for an extended period of time, we gently stretch connective tissue, increasing its flexibility and resilience. This largely floor based slow practice also decreases stress activating the parasympathetic nervous system and promotes energy flow by increasing the flow of chi or life force in the organs.

A yin yoga class has a very magical quality to it. It is a slower, more contemplative session that allows you to focus inward and tune into your body's physical sensations while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. That, in my opinion, is the actual beauty of this class. Life is full of problems and unpleasant circumstances, the majority of which are beyond our control. Sure, there is little we can do to affect what is actively happening at the moment, but we do have control over our minds. Despite the discomfort, we get to chisel out a sense of serenity and ease.

I don't know about you, but when sh*t hits the fan, I don't want to be the one running about like my hair is on fire. Despite the storm roaring around me, I want to be as steady as a mountain. This class is an excellent opportunity to develop that physical and mental resilience.

  • Restorative yoga is a profound relaxation exercise. In this class props are used to support our bodies in a way that poses can be held effortlessly. You may experience a sense of weightlessness. We consciously invite our bodies to surrender, surrender to the support of props, and surrender to the support of the earth. Reminding us that everything is not our responsibility to carry, fix, or control, and that we are entitled to and capable of letting go. We get to take this opportunity to withdraw from the world in order to heal our mind, body, and soul. We are not machines, and that was never the goal.

Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing practice. This type of deep relaxation in our bodies and minds activates our parasympathetic nervous system, which is also known as rest and digest. It promotes and sustains life by regulating bodily activities such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, and digestion. This class and practice quite literally encourages your body to nurture and repair itself!
